On October 5th and 6th, 2024, the iconic group will deliver two nights of unforgettable performances, showcasing their timeless hits alongside newer material.
Since forming in the early 1970s, Ambrosia has maintained a devoted fan base with their unique sound, blending progressive rock, pop, and soulful ballads. With five Grammy nominations under their belt, the band continues to evolve while staying true to the sound that has captivated audiences for over five decades.
Their breakout hits like “How Much I Feel” and “Biggest Part of Me” became defining tracks of the late '70s and early '80s, and their influence on the soft rock genre remains undeniable.
Originally hailing from the South Bay of Los Angeles, the band began as a collaboration between four visionary musicians—Joseph Puerta, Christopher North, David Pack, and Burleigh Drummond. Today, Ambrosia features three original members: Puerta, North, and Drummond, joined by guitarist Doug Jackson, keyboardist Mary Harris, and dynamic lead vocalist Kipp Lennon (of the band Venice). This new lineup continues to push musical boundaries, incorporating progressive, classical, and world music elements into their shows, while remaining rooted in the smooth harmonies and intricate instrumentation that first won them acclaim.
Ambrosia - Biggest Part Of Me Live
The band’s ability to span genres has led to collaborations with musical legends such as Leonard Bernstein, Alan Parsons, and Michael McDonald, and shared stages with rock giants Fleetwood Mac, Heart, and The Doobie Brothers. With a legacy of sold-out concerts worldwide, *Ambrosia* remains a must-see act, bridging generations of music lovers.
Whether you're a longtime fan or new to their sound, these shows promise to be an extraordinary musical experience. Ambrosia will perform their classic hits as well as newer songs like “Hopes and Dreams,” which made waves in recent years. Their eclectic mix of progressive rock, R&B, and pop influences guarantees a night of soaring melodies and heartfelt lyrics that will leave a lasting impression.
