[From imdb.com] Bert Kreischer's career has evolved from earning Rolling Stone's 1997 "Number One Partier in the Nation," to one of the top grossing stand-up comics in the business. In 2022, Pollstar listed Bert as #4 in the "Top 10 Highest Grossing Tours", performing to sold-out arenas around the globe. He is currently on his 2023 Tops Off World Tour.
As one of the best storytellers of his generation, Kreischer seamlessly and sincerely shares anecdotes about his family and fatherhood while showing his ability to prove "that there's a way to take his [party-boy] antics into middle-age," (Forbes).
On March 14th, Kreischer released his highly anticipated 5th stand-up special, Razzle Dazzle on Netflix. Shameless - and shirtless - as ever, Bert spills on bodily emissions, being bullied by his kids and the explosive end to his family's escape room outing. His stand-up specials Secret Time, The Machine, and Hey Big Boy are currently streaming on Netflix.
Bert Kreischer: The Machine Special
As if that wasn't enough, Kreischer tops off this summer as the star in the Legendary/ Sony picture film, The Machine, exclusively in theatres across the country May 26th. Set 23 years after the study abroad experience he chronicled in his 2016 Showtime stand-up special, the movie follows Kreischer as the Russian mafia finally catches up with him after all these years and seeks retribution for the crimes that he committed in their country as a rowdy, drunken college student.
In additional to a successful stand-up career, Kreischer has made himself a household name in the podcast world with several top comedy podcasts including Bertcast and Two Bears One Cave that he co-hosts with Tom Segura. He also hosts the popular YouTube cooking show, Something's Burning.

[From All Music.com-James Christopher Monger] Best known as the vocalist and songwriter for abrasive, Grammy-winning masked nu-metalheads Slipknot and post-grunge/alt-metallers Stone Sour, Corey Taylor is also an accomplished actor and author, as well as an in-demand collaborator who has worked with contemporaries like Korn, Damageplan, Anthrax, Soulfly, Disturbed, and Code Orange, among others. In 2020, Taylor released his chart-topping debut solo LP, CMFT, which combined a wide array of genres including hard rock, metal, classic rock, punk, and hip-hop. The CMFB. Sides EP, which featured previously unreleased material from the sessions, arrived in 2022, with the full-length CMF2 appearing in 2023.
The loyal Iowan was born in Des Moines and raised in Waterloo by his mother. An early love of science fiction and horror, along with a grandmother who introduced him to rock music, helped set the course for the budding musician, but he endured numerous hardships, including drug addiction and depression, during his late teens. After relocating to Des Moines in the early '90s, Taylor hooked up with Josh Rand (rhythm guitar), Shawn Economaki (bass), and Joel Ekman (drums) and formed the hard-hitting Stone Sour. Citing influences like Alice in Chains and Metallica, the group became a staple of the Iowa bar circuit, building a loyal local following and recording a pair of well-received demos. In 1995 the band was joined by guitarist Jim Root, who along with Taylor, left Stone Sour two years later to join Slipknot, another Des Moines band who were creating their own kind of buzz.

We Are The Rest
Far removed from the brooding, thrash-inflected post-grunge of Stone Sour, Slipknot was another kind of beast altogether, an anonymous rock & roll horror show that paired the nihilistic nu-metal shock rock of Marilyn Manson with the bruising, apoplectic rap-metal of Korn.

[From All Music.com-Gregory Heaney] Texas metalcore combo Invent Animate rose in the mid-2010s with an intricate, technically dazzling sound that incorporated djent, ambient, progressive metal, and post-hardcore. While enduring a handful of membership changes, they earned a reputation for detailed studio craft on albums like 2016's Stillworld and 2020's Greyview while also cementing a legacy as a fierce live act. After three albums on Tragic Hero, they signed with Australia's UNFD and released 2023's Heavener.
Invent Animate formed in 2011 in the coastal Texas town of Port Neches. Singer Ben English, guitarists Logan Forrest and Keaton Goldwire, bassist Caleb Sherrada, and drummer Trey Celaya quickly harnessed their potent fusion of styles into an EP, Waves, which found favor within the djent community upon its 2012 release. The band soon signed with Tragic Hero Records and continued working with producer Brian Hood on a full-length debut. Released in August 2014, Everchanger was a bold, loosely conceptual set centered on the constant nature of change. It would be the only album to feature Invent Animate's original lineup, as guitarist Forrest departed later the following year. On their 2016 follow-up, Stillworld, drummer Celaya acted as studio guitarist while still drumming on the road. Through group continued to tour heavily over the next two years and in 2018, founding vocalist English was replaced by Swedish singer and former Aviana member Marcus Vik.

Vik made his debut on 2020's Greyview, the band's third and final record for Tragic Hero. As with each of their previous albums, an instrumental version was also released. Moving over to Australian imprint UNFD, Invent Animate offered the EP The Sun Sleeps, As If It Never Was, an intense three-song release exploring trauma and addiction.
