Toni Braxton was hospitalized several weeks ago and had to cancel her tour nights due to her battle with lups. On her Twitter account her camp posted this: " “Lupus needs to be constantly monitored and this minor setback should not affect the rest of her tour.”
Rising to fame in the early 1990s, Braxton quickly established herself as an R&B icon and became one of the best-selling female artists of the 1990s decade, garnering her honorific titles such as the "Queen of R&B" and being recognized as one of the most outstanding voices of this generation.
The single, "Un-Break My Heart", written and composed by Diane Warren, became the biggest hit of Braxton's career, spending eleven consecutive weeks at number one on the Hot 100 and also topping the Hot Dance Singles Sales chart for eleven weeks and the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart for four weeks, as well as reaching no 2 in the United Kingdom.

The band was formed in Mooloolaba, Queensland in 1985 by the teens Peter Furler and George Perdikis.
Two other teens were added soon after: Furler's best friend, John James, and bassist Sean Taylor.
The band's original name was The News, but once in the US they changed it to The Newsboys to avoid conflict with Huey Lewis and the News.
The band came to the United States in late 1987 after getting signed with Refuge Communications and they released the album Read All About It in 1988 in the United States.
They have released seventeen studio albums, six of which have been certified gold.
Currently, the band consists of lead vocalist Michael Tait formerly of DC Talk, keyboardist and bassist Jeff Frankenstein, drummer and percussionist Duncan Phillips, and guitarist Jody Davis.
